Founded on 8 June 1994, Inxite developed its first products - BEST Business Database in October 1994 and successfully launched it into the market, which marked its first step. Meanwhile, it started its business in fields of internet projects, telecommunication, office automation and wireless market.

From 1996 to 1999, its sales revenues reached greatly from 0.1 million to 10 millions during years. The company caught the opportunity and adhered to its developing direction, trimmed and combined its business to concentrate on two business cores - stock information and consultation. That greatly helped to establish its reputation in stock business.

In the year of 2000, the company established its products development base in Shanghai, strengthened cooperation with its partners to improve products quality and service, expanding its market and to reach its peak in the development.

The year of 2001 witnessed its landmark. The company successfully went through joint-equity revolution. The company launched its new products – Lin Tong Timely Information System and One to One SMS Platform into the market, which greatly drove company business forward.
